Social Media Assistant

  • Commitment of min. 5 hours/week.

  • Work closely with the marketing team and social media manager to devise marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, X, etc.) and streamline content.

  • Post engaging content and foster interactions within the community on Instagram and Threads daily. 

  • Interact with the community, respond to messages and comments, monitor and maintain reports on business messages for potential collaboration requests.

  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and posting.

  • Analyse insights and performance metrics across platforms within reports to further inform strategies. 

  • Have a finger on the pulse of latest media trends and popular culture elements.

  • Attend biweekly strategy and scheduling meetings with the social media manager and/or concerned directors.

  • Maintain a swift response time of twelve hours or earlier, with an exception for time zones. 

  • Expect frequent communication with the social media manager and assignments of time-sensitive collaborative tasks.

  • Communicate with staff creatives for social media scheduling concerns and considerations.

Requirements

  • Experience with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Threads.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Punctuality in attending meetings and responding to official messages

Graphic Designer

  • Commitment of min. 5 hours/week.

  • Conceptualise and create a comprehensive array of designs specifically catered towards social media platforms, mainly Instagram.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute a vision of the brand theme and identity. 

  • Collaborate with the social media team to frequently produce visual content for Instagram by understanding requirement briefs.

  • Closely monitor given timelines and integrate feedback quickly to assure timely execution.

  • Produce a minimum of three Instagram posts per week. 

  • Possess a critical eye for design and aesthetics to maintain a strong visual identity of the brand.

Requirements: 

  • Portfolio showcasing independent graphic design skills for social media platforms.

  • Proficiency in Canva and other design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
